Throughout the construction process we conduct weekly meetings with our clients and the design team to stay ahead of needed information, document all decisions, and engage in ongoing discussions on budget and schedule. Our weekly progress reports along with photos and videos from the project-site are one way we keep our clients informed . . . and often times entertained.

THE HIGHEST QUALITY . . .
Producing the highest quality product and finishing's our goal. To us, quality control starts long before construction begins. We get involved from the beginning, when the design process starts, where we listen and learn about our clients’ priorities and the intent of the design team. We help set goals for the project, then conduct research and provide insight on construction feasibility and efficiency. As the design evolves and develops, we prepare detailed estimates and critical path schedules. We also investigate Value Engineering opportunities and present ways of cutting costs without compromising quality or design intent. This collaborative approach enables our clients to make smart, informed decisions before breaking ground.


BUILT TO LAST . . .
We feel a home should be built to last for generations. This means working with architects and engineers to get systems and infrastructure designed properly and specifically for each project. It means checking and double checking that everything from concrete to waterproofing to interior finishes are being installed to the highest standards; it means scrutinising details and making careful, painstaking efforts to do things right. Good enough isn’t good enough if it’s going to stand the test of time.

THE LONG HAUL . . .
Long after we have completed building or re-modelling a home for our client, our Customer Care Division is here to help with warranty items, minor repairs, general maintenance, and special projects. It is our goal to take the worry out of caring for a home and to provide peace of mind that it will maintain its value long into the future.
